Premis was engaged to deliver a 1000m2 office fit-out, for eHealth Queensland, with the goal and focus on ergonomics, end-user comfort and flexible work practices and to brighten and modernise the existing facilities.

The client also needed to address compliance issues around PWD amenities, in order to accommodate people with physical disabilities. The new PWD amenities required the installation of new under-slab drainage in the tenancy below.

The refurbishment works included the demolition of the existing flooring, ceilings, fixtures, and tenancy partitions. New ceilings and flooring were then installed as well as new partitions with acoustic soundproofing and privacy film.

The fit-out added internal boardroom, ‘breakout’ areas, staff lockers, new PWD amenities and a new reception seating area. Additionally, all services were upgraded including fire, data cabling, air-conditioning, electrical and power services.
