Regis Aged Care, Caboolture – Refurbishment

This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of Canning Lodge, a Regis aged care facility located in Caboolture, South East Queensland.

The works included the upgrade of two separate servery and dining areas as well as the facility’s Dementia and accommodation units, both of which incorporated PWD ensuites. Premis also constructed a nurses’ station and extended internal space by reclaiming some external areas. Alterations and additions took place on the roof area and a gazebo, and external works were supplied through landscaping and hydraulics.
