Premis Delivers a Stunning Refurbishment for Saunders Havill Office in Bowen Hills
Premis delivered a complete 1100 sqm refurbishment of the Saunders Havill office space at Bowen Hills, under a lump sum contract. The two-floor office space was stripped down to make way for the stunning new fitout, including a reception area, kitchen, spacious staff zone, boardroom, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and six brand-new offices.
The design called for an abundance of joinery, with beautiful timber battens installed on various ceilings, entryways, and stairwells.
Premis navigated the installation of a DRV air-conditioning system, requiring a detailed design, penetrations through the existing roof and ceiling, and exposed spiral ducting. To add durability and reduce maintenance, polished concrete flooring was utilised in the reception and staff areas.
To ensure noise management, the design team Square Designs Corporate, specified practical and visually appealing acoustic panelling in breakout spaces, staff zones, and meeting rooms, using Autex.
The end result is nothing short of amazing – a contemporary, stunning workspace that provides a practical and inspiring work environment for the Saunders Havill team.
