This year Premis turns 15 – and we are extremely proud of our achievements over this time, including the challenges of COVID-19.
Premis was established back in 2006 by Rod Phillips, Imco Peereboom and Brad Stringfellow, who all shared a commitment and a desire to do things differently – better! The company started with just these three members working out of a small office in Milton. Managing Director Tim Awyzio, became a partner in 2010 and the company now has 28 full time employees, and the recognised achievement of hundreds of successful projects in its portfolio.
The company has also diversified greatly over the years – what began as an office fit-out and internal refurbishment builder and has now morphed into a fit-out, refurbishment and new-build construction company that delivers projects across the commercial, retail, education, health, science, seniors living, accommodation and hospitality sectors.
The Premis team has developed a unique selling proposition over this time, now having mastered the art of delivering complex refurbishments and fit-outs in live environments. This is one of the factors we believe sets us apart from our competitors.
Celebrate with us!
Here at Premis, we certainly don’t intend to let our 15-year anniversary pass by without a celebration! On April 22nd, we will be hosting drinks and nibbles at Elixir Roof Top Bar in Fortitude Valley to acknowledge this milestone. We want to say thanks to our valued clients and all those who have supported us over the years, and celebrate with family and new and old friends.
