Premis was commissioned by CellDesign to deliver this serene, light, and bright upmarket space that perfectly captures the client’s vision. With no expense spared, this office is a true showstopper.
This small but beautiful fitout comprised of a meeting room, boardroom, foyer, four offices, a bathroom, powder room, kitchen, and utility room. With a focus on high-quality materials and appliances, the space boasts parquetry timber flooring, imported marble porcelain tiles, veneer timber wall panelling, and textured Laminex scalloped wall panelling.
Of course, every project comes with its own set of challenges. But, through problem-solving and collaboration, the Premis team overcame each hurdle. For instance, they negotiated with building management to schedule work after hours and on weekends to minimise disruptions for tenants.
The end result is stunning – a luxurious and contemporary workspace with touches of ‘home’.
