Well, the Christmas break is mere weeks away and what a year it has been for Premis – so many projects won and delivered and so many exciting milestones! One of which was our 15th birthday!
We also launched our brand-new website – we’ve changed a lot since 2006 and wanted our website to showcase who we are now, our ambitions, services, expertise, and people. The company originally started with just three members working out of a small office in Milton. Managing Director Tim Awyzio, became a partner in 2010 and the company now has 28 full time employees.
Premis has been bringing life to our client’s ideas for 15+ years, across fitouts, refurbishments, extensions, and new builds. Our focus is on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships for both our clients and our staff. We received some amazing testimonials this year including:

Mater recently engaged the Premis team to undertake an extensive refurbishment of six operating theatres at Mater Private Hospital Brisbane. The scope included 6 of the 10 theatres and surrounding areas including recovery, pre-op, and storerooms.
