Tim Awyzio
Managing Director
Tim is the Managing Director and a Partner at Premis with over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. Tim has worked across multiple sectors for both private and government clients.
His experience encompasses several roles including Site Foreman, Project Manager and Operations Director. Tim’s key strength is his amazing ability to draw diverse groups of people together to work collaboratively towards a common goal.
Brad Stringfellow
Director of Finance
Brad is Director of Finance and a Partner at Premis. He has extensive experience in building industry accountancy.
Brad was one of the founders of Premis and has been instrumental in governing the financial stability of the organisation. He is a forward-thinker and a great support to members of the Premis Team.
Simone Miante
Head of Business Development & Marketing
Simone is an accomplished Business Development Manager and business degree qualified. She has a diverse skill set attributed to her experience across several industries including Property.
Simone has worked all over Australia and Internationally in various senior management roles and has led both small and large teams. She has a genuine interest in getting to know people from all walks of life, making her a great relationship builder. Simone has recently been appointed to a Board which gives another edge to the expertise and knowledge she brings to Premis.
Garry Binks
Operations Manager
Garry has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry across all stages of the project life cycle. Garry is skilled at managing and leading teams to deliver best practice outcomes through the implementation of efficient, effective, and innovative practices. Garry’s experience spans several key positions including Construction Company Owner and Director in the UK, Site Management, Project Management and Operations Management.
Garry has worked across the following sectors: retail, commercial, education and health sectors and has proven ability in evaluating alternative design and construction solutions. In addition, client and sub-contractor relationships are one of his strengths and Garry has used these skills to coordinate and lead diverse project teams to successful project completion.
Jean Paul (JP) Baas
Estimating Manager
JP started his career as a Quantity Surveyor and in 2005, moved away from this role into that of a Senior Estimator with several large, well-known construction companies. Over this time, he was instrumental in winning a number of key projects in Southeast Queensland. JP’s skills include construction management, cost planning, project planning, value engineering, quantity surveying, contract management, and procurement.

Philip seamlessly navigates project management challenges with utmost precision. His remarkable communication and interpersonal skills enable him to effortlessly collaborate with stakeholders and ensure seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Having demonstrated consistent success across diverse sectors such as commercial, retail, education, and health, Philip possesses an innate understanding of clients’ and stakeholders’ unique requirements.
