Premis was engaged by the client, AMP, to deliver an upgrade to the façade of the food and beverage precinct at Coronation Drive Office Park, Milton. The main objective was to increase street appeal and deliver an increase in visitation.

Premis demolished existing awnings and umbrellas replacing these with sleek, steel-cladded awnings. In addition, new contemporary seating and sleek timber cladded columns were installed. New landscaping completed the fresh new look.

As the centre needed to remain open, Premis implemented a staged programme and key safety plan to keep staff and visitors safe and to deliver the project in the time-frame required.
