Bluesky Investments – Fit-out

Premis was appointed as the Managing Contractor to deliver a premium fit-out on Level 46 of an inner-city Brisbane corporate building, for Bluesky Investments.

The fit-out included an 80-person theatrette, polished timber floors, large open plan workspaces, meeting rooms and breakout areas. The brief demanded an innovative, out-of-the-box approach that maximised the opportunity for collaboration and creativity.

The design takes advantage of its panoramic high-rise setting within the CBD. The space is expansive, bright, and contemporary, and is streamlined and functional in its design. The project presented numerous challenges, one of which was, thirty percent of the latent existing floor being defective and requiring reparation prior to the project commencing. Premis worked with the client to enable them to work from the front area of the office and implemented a two-shift delivery approach across seven days to bring the project in on time.
