Cornford-Scott Lawyers

Premis was engaged to complete a full office refurbishment for boutique law firm Cornford-Scott Lawyers at Toowong.

The space had an existing fit-out requiring removal and was then divided into 2 separate tenancies – one that would be used by Cornford Scott and the other to be sublet.

Premis completed the fit-out for the Cornford-Scott tenancy giving them a new modern space that was open plan and included a boardroom, meeting room, reception and waiting area, kitchen, and a breakout space – various compliance issues around fire ratings and seismic requirements also needed to be addressed. The refurbishment comprised of high-quality architectural details and finishes, including perforated ceilings, acoustic wall tiling, high end carpeting, key feature lighting, bespoke joinery, and designer wallpaper.
