Griffith University – Bookshop and Health Food Store

Premis transformed a previously unused, open concrete slab apron, that formed the perimeter of a building, on the Griffith Gold Coast Campus, into a bookshop and health food store.

The outlets comprise of high ceilings, suspended lighting, raw timber shelving and hardwood finishes. The bookshop stocks both university textbooks and a range of best-selling literature, as well as general stationery and study materials. The health food store is a popular lunch destination for students, staff and visitors and serves organic, locally sourced snack alternatives.
