Premis was contracted to deliver a new clubhouse on a greenfield site, for Logan City Council under a lump sum contract.

Logan City Council engaged Premis to build the new $1.5 million clubhouse at Noffke Farm Park. The new clubhouse supports the Waterford Demons Rugby League Football Club – the development of modern, purpose-built sporting facilities was a priority for Council.

The project was delivered in two stages:

  1. Construction of the new facility;
  1. Demolition of the existing facilities, after construction of the new facility.

The brand-new facility now provides a fit for purpose clubhouse and features:

  • Clubroom
  • Canteen
  • Commercial kitchen
  • Office and merchandise store
  • Spectator amenities
  • Covered viewing area
  • Gym
  • Utility room
  • 6 x unisex toilets
  • 2 x ambulant toilets
  • 1 x PWD
  • Gym

One of the key features of the club house is the stunning and functional perforated metal screen doors on either side of the amenities area. Aside from providing an affordable, eye-catching aesthetic that many other building materials cannot match, the screens display the Demons Football Club logo.

Premis is proud to have been involved in such an important community project that provides a platform for young people to develop their skills and develop into tomorrow’s sporting hero.
