Toowong Specialist Centre Refurbishment

This Premis team was engaged to deliver the Toowong Specialist Clinic refurbishment, with project works completed in two stages. Operations were isolated to half the floor during the first stage of the fit out, with staff then relocated to the refurbished section of the clinic allowing completion of the remaining section.

In collaboration with Maxwell Penhey Architects, 14 psychiatric consultation rooms were delivered as well as PWD amenities and reception facilities. The new consultation rooms reflect and mimic the design and aesthetic of the clinic’s original consultation rooms on the ground floor.
