Premis is proud to have delivered the $2.95 million Cyber Security Training Operation Centre and Robotics Lab at TAFE Queensland’s South Bank campus. Building on the success of our work at Mooloolaba TAFE, this facility is part of a state-wide initiative to elevate cyber security training across Queensland.

Highlights of the Project:

  • Cyber Security Training Classrooms: Featuring attack (red) and defense (blue) rooms, these spaces simulate real-world cyber scenarios, complete with interactive lighting and advanced IT infrastructure.
  • Robotics Lab: Supporting new training in autonomous technology, this lab enables TAFE to offer university pathways with diplomas in Applied and Autonomous Technology.
  • LEGO City Room: A playful yet practical space where students face off in hacking and defending a simulated city.

Key Features and Sustainable Design:

  • Upgraded services including fire, electrical, mechanical, and data.
  • Acoustic walls, operable partitions, and high-tech workstations.
  • A state-of-the-art simulation switchboard developed by Brisbane’s Innotech.
  • Sustainable materials and practices targeting a 5-star green certification.

This facility is a game-changer for South-East Queensland, providing unparalleled opportunities for students to excel in cyber security and robotics. Premis is honored to play a role in shaping the future of training and technology.
